The “User Info” can be used for testing access for the specific user.
To check access for a user, do the following:
1. Click the “User Info” button.

2. Enter username and domain name in UPN format and press “OK“.
For example:

If only 1 Active Directory is configured, username can be entered without UPN format – just username.
In the opened window, the following information about the user is shown:

“User Profile” – user’s data from the Active Directory, such as “Username”, “Email Address”, “Mobile”, “User Groups”;
- “Constraints and Conditions” – contains information about permission/restrictions, such as “Geographical and Location”, “Day and Time”, “Authentication Management”, “Users Groups”;

“Access Control List” – contains all types of applications in which user added;

“Authentication and Authorization Methods” applied to this user while login.
- “Latest Activities” – contains detailed information information about user activity with releted applications.
