To add a new policy, do the following:
1. Click the “Create New Workflow Policy” link:

2. Confirm the action in the confirmation pop-up:

3. On the “Network Access Policy” window, check the “LDAP enabled” option and click the “OK” button.
For more details about additional options (2FA, MFA, etc.), see the chapter “2.3.2 Authentication and Authorization Methods“.
To use any of these options, it must be configured on the “Services Configuration” window. For more details see the chapter “2.1 Configure Services“.

4. On the “Constraints and Conditions” window, select the “User Groups” option and click the “Select” button.
For more details about other conditions (Day and Time Restrictions, Geographical and Location Restrictions), see the chapter “2.3.3 Constraints and Conditions“.

5. You can and add required groups or do it later (see the chapter “2.3.3 Constraints and Conditions“).

6. On the next “Constraints and Conditions” window, select the service that will be available to users within this policy and click the “Select” button.
Currently, only 1 service can be added while creating a new policy, but other required services can be added while editing the policy after its creation.
7. In the service configuration window, click the “OK” button.

8. In the opened “Workflow Policy Configuration” window, add a policy name and click the “OK” button.
To edit a policy, do the following:

Open the “Security Policies” window.

Right-click the policy and select the “Edit Workflow Policy” option or double-click the policy.
To delete a policy, do the following:

On the “Security Policies” window, click the policy.

Press the “Delete” key on the keyboard.

Confirm deleting a policy.
