To configure access to the SMB/SIFS resources for users and groups, do the following:
1. On the “Security Policies” page, click the required policy.
2. Go to Application and Services tab.
3. Click “Add” button to add new SMB/SIFS service.
4. Click “SMB Proxy” item and press “Select” button.
For the SMB/SIFS services, the configuration window looks in the following way:
In the “SMB Driver Settings” configuration section you can enable Kerberos and NTLM protocols. To setup authentication, do following:
- Check checkbox “Enable Kerberos and NTML Protocols”.
- Enter the name of your domain (e.g., your.domain).
- Enter the username that has permission to access the SMB/CIFS service.
- Enter the corresponding password for the username provided.
