To deploy the EVA virtual server and configure settings:

1. In your vSphere Client, locate the imported EVA virtual server.

2. Right-click the EVA virtual server and select Power > Power On.
The file status changes from Powered Off to On.

3. Right-click the EVA file and select Open Remote Console. The server will open in a new tab.

4. Choose a language and location and click Next.
The product key window appears.

5. Enter the product key and click Next. The License Terms window appears.

6. Select Accept .
The Customize Settings window appears.

7. Enter a password, reenter the password, and click Finish.
The Windows Administrator window appears.

8. Enter the password that was chosen in the previous step and click Enter.
The Shutdown Event Tracker appears.

9. Click Cancel.

10. You are now ready to configure the server.

Configure the network IP address.

11. Configure the local date and time settings for your geographic location.

12. Open your Active Directory and create the following Users and Groups:

• • Users:
    1. • Admin account with username: truePassAD
       • User test account with username: [email protected]

• • Groups:
    1. • Admin group with username: truePass_Domain_Admins
         After creating the admin group, assign the user admin account “truePassAD” to this group.
       • User group with username: truePass_Domain_Apps_And_Services
         After creating the user group, assign the user test account “[email protected]” to this group.
         The server is set up and you can now begin to set up the necessary features within the Admin Console and configure a User Policy.
