After configuring Edge Gateway, connect to Active Directory from within the truePass Admin Console.
To connect to Active Directory:
1. In the same console, click Active Directory.
The Active Directory – Service Configuration window appears.
2. Add the IP address and username defined in step 1.
3. Configure the Admin account by clicking Edit.
The Edit page appears.
4. Enter the necessary information for the following fields:
- Server – Enter your Active Directory server.
- Domain – Enter your domain name.
- Admin Username – Add the admin user name that was previously configured in step 1 (truePassAD).
- Admin Password – Add a password.
5. Click Test Connectivity.
The Successfully Connected message appears.
6. Click OK and then OK again in the Active Directory window.
Active Directory is now Configured.

- Click Dashboard on the navigation pane on the left side of the console.
- Verify that the status of your Active Directory has changed to green.
