🎯 The Personal and BOT channels use the same automation functionalities for the automation workflow creation.
2. Navigate to the Automation workflow page
3. Click on the [Create new automation] button
- Provide your BOT channel automation title.
- Select the BOT channel by number or name
- Select your Event Trigger type
Design by your need
Once you have created your new automation by the required event trigger, you can now start developing the automation rules.
- Start by entering the automation workflow builder page. Simply click on the automation card.
2. Choose the IF condition from the dropdown list to trigger the THEN event.
- Always remember to click on the Update automation button to save the latest changes.
