TerraZone simplifies chat commerce through channels that enable you to connect to different chat platforms, such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, etc. Follow this guide to learn how Channels work and can connect with a particular chat platform.
Step 1 – Login to the OMNIBOX Dashboard
Use your login ID and Password to access your Dashboard. Visit the How to Login OMNIBOX guide.
Step 2 – Access Channels
Inside the Dashboard, go to the left sidebar and select Channels.
Step 3 – Create a Channel
Depending on your business requirements, you should choose the desired channel option.
